UPDATE: To use Dolphin on Mac OS X, you can't just go and download it from the official Dolphin website. Every other guide makes it seem so simple, just press 1+2 and refresh and bada-bing, bada-boom, your Wiimote is set up. Now, it will simply show an unpaired device in the list. My Mac is running OS X Yosemite, and the Bluetooth Preferences window no longer has plus or minus buttons to ad or remove devices.
